Update: our Internet service was restored a few minutes ago. Service is running normally now.
The ISP that provides connectivity to our servers is currently totally down. Yes, the entire multi-state ISP, affecting many cities and businesses. The outage began a couple of hours ago. They don't know the cause, nor how long it will take to restore service. My own investigation suggests that the problem is at their peering point with the outside world, not anywhere local to here. Needless to say we will be changing ISP as soon as we can. Apologies to our users. Service will be restored as soon as our ISP gets their act together.

Thanks for keeping us informed guys. You have a far better uptime than anything I've paid for so it's no sweat.
Thank you for your amazing work! I have a question and I'm sorry if it's been asked before. I have my google calendar sync'ed my iPhone. It works beautifully but the only problem is when I input something on my calendar from the iPhone it doesn't show up in google calendar. Isn't it supposed to? How might I remedy that? Thank you in advance!
Hi, sync should work both ways. Ca n you check the sync status page on the web site (follow the 'troubleshooting' instructions). It's possible your sync hit an error at Google, or some other problem, which should be detailed on that page.
I also have the problem that new or changed entries to the iPhone are not replicated to gmail.
Correction to my previous post, it is just new items on the iPhone that do not sync.
