Service Restored

We believe that the stability issues we've been experiencing today have been resolved.

@Neils : we're not aware of 'the' sync problem. Sync service is up and running. Probably you have an account-specific problem. Did you report your trouble to support@nuevasync.com ?

He may be referring to the fact that since last night, we (at least I) still can't sync with Google Calendar, and this was confirmed with the diagnostic logs on your site.

And yes, I did submit a report to support@nuevasync.com, but only a few minutes ago. Still, I haven't had a lot of luck in getting replies back from support (ticket #2865 on 11/26, ticket #2630 on 11/17, and ticket #2378 on 11/5 still haven't been responded to).

Still, I'm a fan of your service and I'd be happy to pay, especially if some of these issues could be addressed.

I also cannot sync with google calendar. Submitted a ticket(#2849). On my sync status I have:

"Internal Error 57, please contact support"

Love the service, hope to have it back soon!l

what is meant by "account-specific" problem regarding Google calendar sync? I frequently seem to have problems syncing.

I also have problem with calendar sync... It seems to only get two of my 5 calendars on first sync, end with an "unknown error" according to status page, and later sync it thinks it sync successfully, even though it doesn't get any thingnthat it's missing.

Account-specific means that somethign related to one account is leading to lack of sync. For example Google is not providing us with the user's calendar data when we request it, or their device has run into some bad data problem (e.g. a third party import tool has corrupted their Google contact data). Or we have a bug somewhere..

We're pretty much caught up with recent support tickets, so feel free to re-submit if you didn't get help before.

Could not start the page the whole day and could not sync the whole day!

It was down for me too starting very early in the morning of 12/7. Seems to be working fine now. No news here on the downtime yet?

Not syncing on calendars for me at all. It's been working all day (8th Dec) until 5pm UK time. Now, nothing

Sorry to disturb you but i'm experiencing problems with google calendar syncing (with iphone). The nuevasync website's login has problems too.
